Hotel Location
Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel offers a nice bed but lacks soundproofing in the rooms. Although promised Bluetooth was missing upon booking, the staff is exceptionally nice and friendly, providing top-notch service. The location is unbeatable for exploring downtown Chicago, close to Michigan Ave and Navy Pier. Dining options were limited, and the facilities include room service and valet parking.
The hotel offers a pretty pimp view from the rooms and nice bath products, but the temperature changes throughout the night can be a bit bothersome. The rooms might look plain, but I really enjoyed hanging out in the lobby.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and spacious, but the setup was not very functional or comfortable, plus there was an unpleasant smell and no refrigerator available. The staff was hit or miss; some were very helpful and awesome, but there were times when no room services were provided until I called and requested. The location was convenient, within walking distance to Navy Pier and the Riverwalk, but not ideal for travelers with small children. The dining experience was good with reasonable prices, although it lacked variety. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
The hotel's location is excellent for those who want to visit Navy Pier and explore downtown. However, the rooms were not ready upon our arrival at 5:00 PM, with delayed towel delivery on the second night. The room itself was disappointing, with an old feel and a continuously dripping toilet that made it hard for me, a light sleeper, to rest peacefully.
The hotel had some nice aspects, but a few drawbacks need attention. The rooms seemed nice but lacked typical upscale amenities and the upgrade didn't justify the cost. The service had both unprofessional and thoughtful moments. The location was fantastic for sightseeing but tricky with a stroller. The dining experience was good but could have provided more details on the food. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were small and worn out but somewhat nice. The staff was unwelcoming, but the location was great for both business and personal activities. The dining was a mix of good and bad experiences.
